In our company, we offer a complete design service for water supply and sewerage systems – from the initial sketches to the full documentation for the construction site and implementation. Each project goes through clearly defined phases, with the possibility of expert consulting throughout the entire process.
The Conceptual Design is the initial phase in which the basic technical solution of the system is defined. Its goal is to examine the project's feasibility and offer the optimal development direction. In this phase, basic drawings of the water supply and sewerage network are created, terrain and existing condition analysis, route and connection proposals, and preliminary hydraulic calculations. It is used for obtaining location permits, getting opinions from competent authorities, or as a basis for investment decisions.
Technical Support
Throughout the entire process – from planning to execution – we offer expert consulting. This includes technical assistance to investors and architects, help in selecting equipment and materials, and answers to technical and regulatory questions.
Coordination and Partnership
Our services include coordination with other disciplines (drawings, P&ID, BIM coordination) to ensure complete project compliance.
Who is it useful for?
For investors, designers, contractors, and supervising engineers who want security and quality in every project phase.
The Main Design develops the conceptual solution into complete technical documentation required for a building permit. This phase includes detailed presentation of the water supply and sewerage network, exact elevations, diameters, gradients, and technical descriptions of the system, hydraulic calculations and dimensioning, and compliance with applicable laws and standards.
Why is it important? Without the Main Design, it is not possible to obtain a building permit. Furthermore, it is the foundation for the Detailed Design and all subsequent phases.
The Detailed Design serves as a technical guide for contractors. It is created based on the Main Design, but with additional details necessary for precise execution. It contains workshop drawings and exact execution details, material specifications, quantities, assembly instructions, and work execution instructions in accordance with regulations and standards. The advantage? It reduces the possibility of errors on the construction site, speeds up execution, and facilitates supervision.
