Whether it's a residential, commercial, or industrial building, our goal is to ensure comfort, efficiency, and safety – already in the design phase. The creation of P&IDs is complex and requires careful coordination with other disciplines in the project (structural, electrical, mechanical, sprinkler), but after coordination, it provides a clear schematic representation of the entire building.

Water supply installations

Cold, hot, mixed, and fire water, plus recirculation.

Sewerage system

Sanitary, stormwater, grease and oily sewerage, condensate, and vents.

Fire protection systems

Systems with fire water and P&ID elements connected to fire protection installations.

That is why we create all our projects in a 3D and BIM environment, using professional tools like Revit.

This enables us accurate planning of the system in space (all pipes, ducts, equipment, and elements are spatially coordinated), clash detection (already in design we notice and resolve potential conflicts with other installations), precise documentation production (from the 3D model we generate drawings, diagrams, calculations, and cost estimates), and faster and clearer communication with contractors, investors, and other designers.

Why is quality design crucial? It prevents expensive on-site modifications, ensures proper system operation, reduces energy consumption, extends equipment lifespan, and enables easier maintenance and future upgrades.
