Kupari Dubrovnik Resort

Kupari Dubrovnik Resort is an ambitious project to transform the legendary, almost three decades-old abandoned Riviera in Župa Dubrovačka, about 6 km east of Dubrovnik's old town, into a luxury tourist complex. The former military-tourist resort with a series of hotels devastated during the Homeland War has attracted urbex enthusiasts and photographers for years, and today it is being transformed into a five-star resort with modern amenities and high design standards

The project covers a plot of land with a total area of ​​approximately 170,000 m², where historic buildings will be reconstructed and new accommodation facilities will be built. The plans include the reconstruction of five historic hotels and the development of accommodation units with a total of approximately 380–400 beds, including the main hotel, apartments and villas, and supporting facilities such as a spa, restaurants and beach facilities.
